Matt Critchley’s 80no against Leicestershire Foxes was a Vitality Blast and T20 career best.
Matt’s impressive 45 ball 80no bettered his previous best 72no also against the Foxes back in August 2017.
His Player of the Match performance in Derbyshire Falcons win also included bowling figures of 2-31.
With 653 runs this season, Matt is currently third in the list of leading County Championship run getters. While Matt’s batting is headline news, lets not forget he has also taken 21 wickets.
With attention turning to the Vitality Blast, there is no question Matt is on course for a very special season.
