Congratulations to George Hill, who today was named in England’s U19’s squad to play against India and Bangladesh in July and August.
George was a member of England’s U19’s squad who played in Bangladesh at the beginning of 2019. In the Second Test match, he scored an impressive 91 for the Young Lions.
This season, George has continued his good form for both Sedbergh School and the Yorkshire Academy side. A talented allrounder, he signed his first professional contract with Yorkshire in June.
George completed his studies at Sedbergh School earlier this month and he is currently playing for Yorkshire’s Second XI vs. Lancashire at Aigburth.
