Jos Buttler belted his first IT20 century to help England maintain their unbeaten record in the 2021 World Cup.
After scoring 71 in the comprehensive defeat of Australia, Jos followed up with 101* in England’s group win over Sri Lanka.
At 35-3, England were in trouble. Jos’ 67 ball century (6 sixes, 6 fours) was crucial as England reached 164-4.
During his well-paced innings, Jos passed 2000 IT20 runs.
He also became just the second England player (after Heather Knight) to score centuries in all three international formats.
A group win over South Africa (6 November) should secure England’s World Cup progress.
