Matt Critchley completed his fourth century in first-class matches when scoring 109 on the opening day vs. Worcestershire.
Matt has been in fine form with the bat during the opening weeks of this season.
On the first day of the second match vs. Worcestershire, Matt followed up with 109 runs.
During the evening session, Matt passed 2500 first class runs when reaching 99. Just one run later he completed his fourth century off 137 balls.
This was Matt’s fourth first class century and the first made by a Derbyshire player in County Championship matches this season.
At the start of the second day, Derbyshire will resume on 360-8.
