After his first tour of England with Australia, Josh Phillippe flew to the UAE joining Royal Challengers Bangalore for the Dream11 IPL. Josh’s IPL debut was in the first match for RCB in Dubai.
Taking on Sunrisers Hyderabad, RCB won their opening game by 10 runs.
Over the past 12 months, Josh’s career has been on an upward curve. The batter and wicket-keeper was a key player in Sydney Sixers final win in the BBL. He was rewarded with a place in the Australian squad for the recent white-ball tour of England. Now he is experiencing the atmosphere of the IPL for the first time.
