Joe Clarke scored his first half-century in the 2021 LV=Insurance County Championship. Joe’s 56 runs (5 fours) came off 90 balls, but his knock could not stop Warwickshire from taking the win over Nottinghamshire.
Joe’s 56 was the top score in Nottinghamshire’s second innings. All out for 260, Nottinghamshire were nudged out by Warwickshire who took the victory by three wickets.
During Warwickshire’s first innings, Stuart Broad took 3-50 and then followed up with 2-54 from 30 overs. Stuart’s bowling heroics, however, failed to prevent Warwickshire’s march to the top of Group 1.
