Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler and Liam Livingstone are all named in England’s Mens IT20 squad to play India. Liam’s recall to the 16-player squad is not a surprise after some big-hitting performances for Perth Scorchers.
In form Liam, produced some eye-catching batting displays in the latter half of BBL 10. The Scorchers opener built momentum throughout the 2020-21 tournament. In 14 matches, Liam hit 426 runs, with a highest score of 77. Impressively, he was second on the list for most sixes with 28 maximums.
Now back home after the Scorchers 27-run loss in the BBL 10 final, Liam will be back on his travels on 26 February. When those squad members not already in India will fly out for the five IT20s in Ahmedabad starting 12 March.
