Kent’s Zak Crawley joins Phoenix Management Group’s family of cricketing talent. Today, it can be announce that we will be representing right-hand batter Zak.
21-year-old Zak, joins us just seven days after Australian Josh Philippe.
Yesterday, (7 May) Zak scored his first ListA century when making 120 vs. Middlesex.
In April 2019, the Kent opener passed 1000 County Championship runs vs. Warwickshire. In the same match, he scored his second first-class century when crafting a first innings 108.
Born in Tonbridge, Zak has played for Kent from under 14s through Second XI to First XI.
He made his first-class debut in August 2017 and was instrumental in Kent’s promotion winning season in 2018. In the same year, he made his maiden century (168) vs. Glamorgan.
