Alice was a spectator as the Capitals amassed 223-2 in their opening WPL match against Royal Challengers.
Returning figures of 2-10 off 2 overs, it was Alice’s bowling which had an impact on the game. Taking the wickets of openers Smriti Mandhana (35) and Sophie Devine (14) she laid the foundations for the Capital’s comfortable 60 run win.
