Jos Buttler hit another career highest score to take Manchester Originals into The Hundred Final.
Facing Southern Brave, Jos hit 82 runs (4 sixes, 6 fours) off 46 balls in the Eliminator.
This was a career best with the bat for Jos in The Hundred. His previous highest score was only achieved on 20 August when he plundered 75 runs off Northern Superchargers.
Jos’ rapid-fire innings gave the Originals a vital edge for securing a 7-wicket win and a place in the Final.
After their strong showing in the Eliminator, the Originals batting unit coughed and spluttered on Finals Day.
In a Final defined by an Oval Invincibles fightback with the bat, the Originals batters failed to sparkle leading to an inevitable defeat by 14-runs.
