Joe Root has signed on with the Dubai Capitals, for the 2023 ILT20.
This will be Joe’s first venture into non-domestic T20 since 2019.
Looking to expand his opportunities in T20, Joe was already in the 2023 IPL auction prior to signing for the Capitals.
