While England should start the series against Pakistan tomorrow, illness in the England camp may hold back Liam’s debut.
With the illness affecting most of the squad officials are discussing whether to delay the opening Test by 24 hours.
Once the Test gets under way, Liam is expected to bat at number eight and crucially adding another option to the spin department.
