Alice Capsey was Delhi Capitals star performer at the Brabourne Stadium. Thanks in large part to Alice, the table-topping Capitals defeated UP Warriorz by 5 wickets in Mumbai.
The win over the Warriorz secured the Capitals place in Sunday’s inaugural WPL Final.
Recording her best WPL bowling return, Alice’s 3-26 off 4 overs helped to restrict the Warriorz to 138-6.
Alice was again in the thick of the action during the run chase. 34 runs (1 six, 4 fours) came off Alice’s bat from 31 balls as the Capitals eased their way to victory.
