Nat Sciver has been named in England’s Commonwealth Games squad.
During the current series against South Africa, Nat has scored her first Test century and recorded career best bowling figures of 4-59 in the opening ODI. As well as scoring a career high 169* in the sole Test, Nat has followed up with consecutive half centuries in the first two ODIs in the series.
The 2022 Commonwealth Games are the first to include Women’s cricket – the T20 competition starts on 29 July at Edgbaston.
England play Sri Lanka in their opening match on 30 July.
