The England Men’s white ball training group was announced today and it’s good news for Liam Livingstone and James Vince, for both are included in the 24 player squad.
Since 2016, James has made eleven appearances in ODI’s, including three in the 2019 World Cup. In contrast, Liam is yet to make his bow in ODI’s; although, he has been on T20 international duty twice.
The players will assemble behind closed doors at the Ageas Bowl on 16 July in preparation for the Royal London ODI series vs. Ireland.
Starting 30 July, the series will take in three matches, all at the Ageas Bowl.
As previously reported, Paul Collingwood, England’s Assistant Coach, will act as Head Coach. Marcus Trescothick has been seconded from Somerset to assume batting coach duties.
