Nat Sciver is the 2022 cinch PCA Women’s Player of the Year. It is the second time Nat has been named Player of the Year after previously receiving the award in 2017.
2022 has been a particularly rewarding year for Nat.
An unfortunate injury to Heather Knight, handed the England captaincy to Nat on a stand in basis against India. Nat also had the honour of leading England in their guest for Gold at Commonwealth Games.
Over the summer, Nat posted a maiden Test century (169*) and a best ODI bowling return of 4-59 both against South Africa.
Earlier in the year, Nat scored two centuries in the ODI World Cup – including 148* as England fell short against Australia in the Final. These World Cup exploits contributed to Nat topping the ICC World ODI Allrounder Rankings in April.
