The history maker does it yet again. This time Ben Stokes becomes England’s highest scorer in a single ODI innings.
Ben smashed a record grabbing 182 runs (9 sixes, 15 fours) off 128 balls in the third ODI against New Zealand.
In his third match back since coming out of ODI retirement, Ben set the Kia Oval alight with some brutal hitting. Clearly, he is in prime form for the up-coming World Cup.
As Ben smashed his way into the record books, he shared a crucial stand of 199 runs with Dawid Malan (96) to help England finish on 368.
The New Zealand batters were never at the races and fell to a 181 run defeat.
England now lead the series 2-1.
