In August Zak scored 256 for England against Pakistan at the Ageas Bowl. Now it was the turn of Hampshire to be on the receiving end, and not for the first time this season.
Last week, Zak scored a second innings 105 (18 fours) against Hampshire in the Bob Willis Trophy. Chasing Hampshire’s 182, he followed up with his first Vitality Blast 100, taking just 48 balls to reach his century. Zak’s 108no consisting of 14 fours and 2 sixes with a Strike Rate of 200.00, setting up the Spitfires overwhelming 8 wicket win.
